Frightened Rabbit coming to Lollapalooza 2013

This year Lollapalooza welcomes the Scottish band Frightened Rabbit to the stage. Since 2004 they’ve been finding themselves on stages they never knew they’d play. If you’re going to Lolla this year be sure to check them out!

Blondfire coming to Lollapalooza 2013

If you’ve been paying attention to the breaking indie artists of the past year there’s a good chance you have heard the new hit song Where The Kids Are by Blondfire. It’s catchy. The entire 4-track EP is catchy. Although this brother sister duo have been writing music for nearly a decade, it seems that people are now catching on more than ever.

Tegan and Sara coming to Lollapalooza 2013

If you like women it’s hard not to like the identical twins comprising Tegan and Sara. They rock. And this year they’ll be bringing their rockiness to Lollapalooza 2013. Although their catalog and set lists are full of songs about relationships, which some might find sappy or repetitive, they continually present the material in ways that keep it fresh.

Two Door Cinema Club coming to Lollapalooza 2013

At first glance, Two Door Cinema Club might look like your average dance hall electro indie band fronted by Harry Potter’s friend Ron, but they’re really so much more than that. The thing is, everyone in Two Door Cinema Club comes to party just as much as everyone in their audience. This is good news for those of you planning to attend Lollapalooza 2013. These guys are veterans to Lolla, after all. And practically every other major festival around the world. Hell! They’ve even played the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury. Be sure to check ‘em out!

MS MR coming to Lollapalooza 2013

MS MR have exploded out of the Brooklyn indie rock scene. They have a haunting way about their music. Perhaps that’s why the HBO hit series Game of Thrones picked up their track ‘Bones’ as their trailer music for the current season. If you’re into the show you might have heard them and not event known. I had the pleasure of seeing them rock Park West a while back and couldn’t be more excited that this group is set to come back during our prime time of Lollapalooza.
If you haven’t given their upcoming LP ‘Secondhand Rapture’ a list yet check it out here: http://hypem.com/search/MS+MR
